Master class of 10h or training of 60h/ 120h/180h/ 240H
This course is designed for:
- Sports educators, coaches, high-level athletes, trainers,
- Feldenkrais, Yoga, Taichi movement technique professionals, dancers….
- Sports and performance professionals
- Physiotherapists and psychomotricians who wish to introduce the Pilates method into their care, with the aim of improving their patients’ health.
The training is adapted to all levels of competence in the sports, wellness and health professions.
The training program can be adapted for use with top-level athletes, to optimize a physical preparation program, or to improve the performance and technique of athletes or clients at all levels of practice.
TRAINING OBJECTIVES
The general objective of the training course is to provide trainees with the knowledge, content, methodology and practice to be autonomous in teaching Pilates to different audiences.
The specific objectives are:
- Know the philosophy and history of the Pilates technique
- Understand and apply the basic principles of the Pilates technique
- Understand the principles of biomechanics of movement and breathing
- Study and assimilate exercises from the complete repertoire
- Work on and integrate Pilates teaching methodology and didactics,
- Know how to analyze, define and adapt to a specific skill level for each audience,
- Acquire autonomy in the ability to make modifications and variations to exercises, applying biomechanical principles and favoring asymmetrical work.
