SHIN GI TAI is the place where the symbiosis of body, mind, and technique is displayed. In this work, Karate and dance meet.

At this meeting point, the art of choreographic writing is born—the connection between space and rhythm, a meditation in movement to the rhythm of breathing… as well as subtle connections between mind and body.

It is because muscle has memory and a soul that movement can provide an emotional experience and the expression of its nobility.

SHIN GI TAI brings together the Chantal Goudard Dance Company and the Karatekas of the Juan Carmona Dojo to explore this artistic domain.
